Mr David Reiser is a senior associate at Orrick’s Düsseldorf office and is a member of the European Corporate Group. Mr Reiser’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity transactions as well as general corporate advice and corporate litigation. He also provides counsel on distribution systems, in particular on franchise-systems and distributorships and has comprehensive experience in related litigation.

Recent transactions in which Mr Reiser has participated include the following.

  • Acquisition of megapharm GmbH by Alliance Boots.
  • Acquisition of Borsig Group by KNM Process Systems Sdn. Bhd.
  • Acquisition of Gardeur AG by HSH Private Equity GmbH.
  • Acquisition of Alu Druckguss GmbH by IKB Private Equity GmbH.

Before joining the firm, Mr Reiser worked in the legal department of a gas producer.
