Jutta Schneider, a partner in the Frankfurt Office, is a member of the Tax Group.

Ms. Schneider’s practice covers both, international and German tax matters, including international and domestic mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions; financial products; and tax planning for corporate clients. She also advises on tax structured and asset finance transactions.

Prior to joining Orrick, Ms. Schneider was a partner at Clifford Chance.
