Nikita Tkatchenko, an associate in Orrick’s Düsseldorf office, is a member of the European Corporate Group. Nikita’s practice focuses on merger and acquisition transactions and general corporate counseling. He also has experience in antitrust, distribution and merger control law.

Nikita attended the University of Düsseldorf where he received his doctorate degree. Before joining Orrick Hölters & Elsing, Nikita worked at the German law firm Hengeler Mueller.

A €5 billion subscription rights capital increase in Porsche Automobil Holding SE.
A joint-venture between Henkel and BASF to develop innovative corrosion protection technology for the automotive industry.
