Prof. Dr. Olaf Müller-Michaels is a lawyer in Orrick’s Düsseldorf office and is member of the European Corporate Group.  Olaf Müller-Michaels' practice focuses on transactions involving public and private companies as well as on privatizations. Olaf Müller-Michaels advises on takeovers, mergers, squeeze-outs, private equity, securities offerings, venture capital financings and on corporate governance as well as on regulatory issues. Olaf Müller-Michaels gained special industry knowledge in the fields of renewable energy, railway, technology, banking, insurance and agriculture. Moreover, Olaf Müller-Michaels is arbitrator and counsel in national and international arbitration proceedings.
