Thomas Voss holds a German MBA (Diplom-Kaufmann), is a lawyer admitted to the German Bar (Rechtsanwalt) and a certified tax advisor (Steuerberater). He has extensive experience in advising multinationals on current tax matters as well as on restructurings and M&A transactions.

Furthermore, he advises on the tax efficient structuring of investment funds and structured finance transactions. Prior to joining Orrick in 2010, Thomas Voss worked for Norton Rose LLP and before that for one of the “big four” accounting firms.
