Employment

Our Employment Law team advises national and international companies on all questions regarding collective and individual Employment Law, contentious and non-contentious. We are a team of specialists with extensive and longstanding experience in company-related Employment Law.

Our legal advice focuses on restructuring and personal adjustment, questions of Employment Law in M&A-Transactions, post-merger integration, negotiations with trade unions and works councils, structuring variable compensation schemes, employment relationships of directors and board members, employee data protection, deployment of external personnel (in particular personnel leasing), and process guiding.

The lawyers of our German Employment Law team are especially familiar with the chemistry, bank, metal, healthcare, pharmaceutical and technology industries and private equity.

We are able to offer comprehensive legal advice on complex interdisciplinary areas of law through the close work with our specialized on-site lawyers in the associated areas, such as Corporate/M&A, Tax, Competition, Banking & Finance, and Property Law. We jointly develop goal-orientated and cost-efficient solutions for the daily challenges faced by our clients.

Our global Employment Law team is made up of 70 specialized lawyers and international leading practices groups in our offices in the United States, Asia and Europe. We can thereby offer legal advice at the highest level for all of the major jurisdictions. Our comprehensive cooperation with different worldwide locations enables us to establish the best team and allows us, even when a cross-border dimension exists, to give international employment law advice from a single location.
