Dr. Carsten Pospich was born in Essen in 1968. He studied at the Ruhr University in Bochum and achieved his doctorate in 2003 on the subject "Haftung nach dem Umwelthaftungsgesetz bei multifaktorieller Verusachung". Herr Dr. Pospich became a lawyer in 1997 and a tax advisor in 2000. He entered our law firm on 1 October 2000 and remained with us as a highly respected lawyer until his sudden – and far too premature - death on 9 November 2009.
He remains unforgotten.
