Düsseldorf Corporate Partner Dr. Olaf Müller-Michaels on October 28, 2009 has received a professorship in business law at the University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management (FOM) in Essen.

The appointment of Prof. Dr. Olaf Müller-Michaels confirms the commitment of Orrick Hölters & Elsing to the development of legal doctrine as well as to the education of law school students. Already at the beginning of the year, Frankfurt corporate finance partner Prof. Dr. Heiko Höfler had received a honorary professorship at Bauhaus-University Weimar. 

Professor Dr. Olaf Müller-Michaels (l.) is teaching corporate, commercial and international business law. The FOM is an officially accredited private university for professionals and trainees with study centers all-over Germany.
