The survey is conducted through a questionnaire which asks respondents to rate their employer on a broad range of criteria, including market reputation, quality of training provided, compensation and benefits, diversity and overall work-life balance.

AZUR 100 compiles the results of this survey through capturing soundings from competitor firms and by applying their extensive knowledge of the German employment market.
