Orrick Hölters & Elsing advises Murphy&Spitz Green Capital AG in its investment in KBB Kollektorbau GmbH
Murphy&Spitz Green Capital AG has through a capital increase on 7 April 2010 taken a stake in KBB Kollektorbau GmbH, Berlin. KBB is German market leader in the production of solar collectors. Solar thermal technology plays an important role in cost efficient renewable heat generation, comments CEO Andrew Murphy the investment decision. Besides Murphy&Spitz Green Capital AG Q-Cells co-founder Dr. Paul Grunow participated in the financing round. Murphy&Spitz Green Capital AG is a listed private equity company focussed on renewable energies and renewable raw materials.

 
Orrick Hölters & Elsing advised Murphy&Spitz in all legal aspects of the transaction, including due diligence, investment agreement, shareholders agreement and other contracts.
